At Shasta Charter Academy, we are all about building relationships with our students and their families. The process of enrolling begins with calling to be added to a weekly online information session. Parents and student(s) must participate in this session so everyone knows how the program works.
If you like what you learn, call the school to request an enrollment meeting. At this meeting, we will discuss your student's education history, strengths, needs, interests, and goals. The family dynamics and educational plan will be part of the interview as well. If immediate enrollment is available, the student will be enrolled. If the school is full, students will be placed on a waitlist and will be contacted for enrollment when space allows.
If a student wants to enroll for the next school year, the student's application is placed in our annual lottery, which is held in early March. Typically students applying for the following year begin applying in December.
You will find your experience to be personalized and we are excited to get to know your family to see if SCA is the right place for you.
